As a condition of being allowed to enter the property and shooting range, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I voluntarily accept the inherent risks of engaging in shooting sports and related activities at Delta Fuego.

3. I acknowledge that shooting and using firearms are inherently dangerous activities that can result in severe injury or death.
4. I understand that my access is limited to designated areas and that I will follow all safety and operational guidelines provided by the Released Parties.
5. I accept responsibility for the actions of my guests and agree not to hold Delta Fuego liable for their conduct.
6. I grant permission for Delta Fuego to use my image in any promotional materials.
7. This waiver is governed by the laws of Guatemala.
